Mickeys Watersong Villa is a brand new fully upgraded 2 storey home for September 2008. 

Our home, which is in a quiet cul de sac on the exclusive gated community of Watersong has 6 bedrooms including 4 Master Suites with 4 poster beds and flat screen cable TVs and DVD players in every room.  The 30ft south west pool and spa has been upgraded also and has wonderful views of the conservation area and wildlife.    Our home sleeps 14 guests with NO sofa beds and is the largest home available in the Palm series on Watersong, so there is plenty of space for everyone. 

As well as our games rooom we have a selection of board games, books, dvds, cds, Xbox 360 inc games for some fun filled nights during your stay with us.  We also offer free international calls for our guests as well as Wi-fi and free full use of the fantastic clubhouse offering a fitness suite, cyber cafe, concierge and more.

The area

Interstate 4 is less than five minutes away, and Watersong is ideally situated for reaching Disney World in only 15 minutes, Sea World in 20 minutes, Universal Studios in 25 minutes and Kennedy Space Centre in an hour – not forgetting the many other attractions Orlando has to offer. About an hour and a half to the west are the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast. Even taking all this into account, Watersong is still a beautifully tranquil place.

This is a 'HIGH CLASS, EXECUTIVE', luxurious and beautifully well designed villa, which is situated perfectly, overlooking a lovely conservation area at the 'Watersong Resort', close to exit 58 off the I-4, North of Polk County. Ideally located 15min's from the Disney World Parks and avoiding the hustle and bustle of a very busy HWY 192. This new community gives great access to parks and golf courses (Such as ' Reunion' at Champions Gate) which is only 5 minutes away. With 2 en-suite bedrooms and two twin rooms it serves family groups extremely well. It has a slate 'American pool table' and a foosball table in the games room, for those relaxing, or entertaining nights in. 

You will have cable television in every room with approx 90 channels to watch, with DVD players and a playstation 2 for your enjoyment.  A 42" Tv is provided in the lounge with very comfortable and ample seating for all your guests.

The pool deck is a large one which has been extended to get the sun all day long and has seating and loungers for 8 to 10 people. The Spa and pool area overlook a lovely conservation area. Wild birds and animals can often be admired and viewed whilst relaxing at the pool side.
