Executive luxury 5 bedroom 4 bathroom Villa backing onto Highlands Reserve Golf Course. Our villa is built and furnished to the highest standard, fully air-conditioned, Cable TV’s in Family Room, Lounge, and four of the bedrooms, High-speed Internet Access (free) and phone.

The villa’s floor plan with it high ceilings, ceiling fans in all living areas and bedrooms, quality decor and sense of spacious make this a very welcoming home. The kitchen comes fully equipped with every modern appliance including a large refrigerator, full size cooking stove, dishwasher, microwave and a variety of small appliances.
An elegant Master Bedroom en Suite is located on the first floor it overlooks the pool deck and has a golf course view. It has a King size bed and an additional pull down bed, dressing table, colour flat screen TV, a large walk in wardrobe, and a large en-suite with double shower and corner bath. Bedroom two has queen bed with walk in wardrobe and has its own en-suite (full bathroom, Bedroom 3 a full size bed and a twin bed, bedroom four has twin beds. Bedroom three and four share a bathroom. .. A bedroom, twin beds, is located on the ground floor with walk in wardrobe, en-suite facilities and access to pool area.
Private screened pool with extended deck area. If you just want to relax with your feet up, you can spend the day around the villa's private pool, and soak up the Florida sunshine. The large deck enjoys the benefits of comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoors dining table and chairs and backs on to the golf course.. Pool heating (optional extra) is available. All modern conveniences are present including cable tv’s, play station, hairdryers, cots, washing machine, dryer, gas barbeque, cooking equipment, safe and security alarm. Golf Information
The beautiful location of Highlands Reserve with its par 72 championship course designed by Michael Dasher overlooks a wooded conservation area and nature reserve. The 18 hole golf course offers a challenging game to golfers of all levels, there are elevation changes in excess of 120 feet as it winds through citrus groves and pine trees. It provides highly enjoyable golf in one of Florida's most picturesque settings and is close to bars, restaurants and a whole host of evening entertainment. Highlands Reserve Golf Club has a friendly bar serving snacks and cold drinks and a well stocked pro-shop. The villa overlooks the golf course and is just 2 minutes walk to the clubhouse so there's nothing to stop you from grabbing an early morning round, before heading to the theme parks, the beaches or the Kennedy Space Centre. Walt Disneyworld 20-30 minutes approx.
