Grand Reserve is a peaceful gated community situated just off Interstate 4 near Champions Gate (home of the Greg Norman designed 36 hole golf course) Just 10 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Seaworld, Universal and The Florida Shopping Mall, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and approximately 1 hour to Kennedy Space Centre and Tampa Airport.

New to the rental market, our Executive 5 bedroom, 3 Bathroom home is fully furnished and equipped to an exceptional high class standard.  Everything you could possible need is on hand for a real home from home vacation.

Our villa is situated on an oversized plot surrounded by conservation, ponds and lakes. It has 5 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which include a huge ensuite master bedroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a double and queen sized bed and rooms 4 and 5 both have twin beds.The villa comfortably accommodates up to a maximum of 10 people + 1 infant

All bedrooms have a TV with full range of cable channels and ceiling fans. One of the twin rooms has a Playstation 2 console, one wired and one wireless controller and games (please note games from the UK are not compatable)

The main entrance opens into a spacious Dining & Living room furnished  to the highest standard, with patio doors opening onto the pool deck.

The Kitchen, Breakfast & Family room is massive and again, is furnished & equipped to the highest of standards. Patio doors also lead out onto the pool deck.

The newly furnished and decorated Master bedroom is a huge 19 x 13' with kingsize bed and leads off to a fullsized ensuite bathroom and large dressing room with a built in safe. A third set of Patio doors lead out onto the pool deck. Telephone next to bed.

The Kitchen has a large Breakfast bar with stools and a centre island. It is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer with built in ice machine, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, kettle, toaster, coffee perculator, Saucepans, crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils and safety plates and cups for young children and for use in the pool area

The Utility room has a washing maching, tumble dryer, large sink, iron and board, vacum cleaner, clothes dryer, mops, brooms etc.

The spacious Family room is newly furnished and decorated and has a 42" flat screen TV with cable channels, DVD player, CD/Music centre with ipod docking station, telephone and selection of games and DVDs for the whole family.

The fantastic, south facing Pool, Spa  & newly extended deck overlooks ponds and Conservation areas.  The perfect, peaceful  place to relax in total privacy

A Pool Table & full sized Table Tennis table and all accessories are available in the garage.

Hairdryers, all bedding and towels  A cot & highchair are provided

Free Wireless Hi speed internet is available throughout the villa.  Free local telephone calls

Safety Alarms are connected to all doors leading to Pool Deck area

Our villa is equipped with everything required for a first class vacation

2010 Rental Rates

 Low Season:- £475 per week ( Nov, Dec)

Mid Season:- £525 per week ( Jun, Sept, Oct)

High Season:- £600 per week (July, Aug)

Peak Season:- £625 per week (Easter, Christmas, New Year)

All prices include Florida State Tax

Pool Heating is charged extra - please enquire for rates

Bookings of 6 nights or less will incur a cleaning charge of £75

Deposit of £100 per week and/or part of a week is required at time of booking

£150 is required with final balance as a security deposit, and will be returned to you in full after a satisfactory report from the Management Company

Discounts available for bookings of 2 weeks or more

I am happy to negotiate a lower rate for certain times of the year and when there are small parties staying

I also accept payment in U S Dollars
