Venture in through the front door and you will be greeted by a modern, spacious and comfortable environment which will be all the more pleasing after a busy day at the theme parks. The whole property (excl games room) is fully air conditioned which you will find an absolute joy when you have been outside experiencing some of Florida's famous sunshine.

Sitting room - If you feel like escaping from the warm Florida sun then I can think of no better place than in one of the large soft sofas in front of the brand new 50" plasma Cable TV. Pick a film from the selection on offer, kick off your shoes and feel the stresses and strains of the day melt away. The whole room has been furnished to the highest standard and in such a way that it feels more like home than a standard rental property.

Kitchen - Perhaps you feel like a snack while watching your movie. Where better to create that snack than in your own fully fitted kitchen. With every modern appliance you could ever want including a cooker with hob, dishwasher, microwave and even an ice cube maker you will find this kitchen is capable of making the most sophisticated of meals.

Dining area - If you are planning to create a feast for your family you will find a large dining table with enough seating for 8. With views out over Calabay Parc, this is a lovely area of the villa to gather together.

1st Master suite - Located at the rear of the property with views and direct access to the swimming pool, this lovely bright and sunny bedroom offers a very large King size bed and a flat screen TV which just adds to the luxurious feeling in this home. Leading from the master suite is the lovely spacious bathroom which has a bath tub, separate shower, his and hers sink and WC.

 2nd Master suite - The second master suite also has a very large King size bed and flat screen TV as well as it's very own en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a bath tub, shower, sink and WC. You will also have direct access onto the pool deck for that early morning swim.

3rd and 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom - Bedrooms 3 and 4 offer twin beds as well as a TV, DVD player and games console. There is a shared bathroom which has a Bath tub, shower, sink and WC. There is also a box full of games and toys for the younger members of the family.

Swimming pool - Probably the most important part of the villa, the swimming pool. With a south facing aspect and views into the trees this really is a fantastic area to spend the day. With no rear facing neighbours and a lovely area of grass behind the villa you are assured of added privacy. Not only that, as the sun dips below the horizon, the swimming pool springs into life with a display on a par with anything Disney has to offer! The multi coloured lights in the pool with dance from one colour to the next creating an amazing atmosphere around the pool which is perfect for those long warm evenings. Let's not forget the naturally shaped pool which can be heated in the cooler months should you wish.
