Our villa offers a completely private, south facing, heated courtyard pool that is fully screened.  The Master Bedroom has a private bath and the villa sleeps up to 8. Traveling with an extended family or a teenager?  The unique layout offers a private suite with separate entrance off of the pool area for up to a 3 bed, 3 bath. Located in Esprit Estates, 1/2 mile from the junction of Route 192 and Highway 27, makes it perfect for accessing all that Orlando has to offer. With such easy highway access, we are about an hours drive to each coast and their white sandy beaches--a great day trip!

Esprit Estates is a small community of many permanent Florida residents, very quiet and private. Enjoy a great walk in the morning to get your day going and look for the hot air balloons which fly close above you almost every morning. Very close to everything shopping, grocery, restaurants, golf, hot air ballooning, nail salons, etc are all with in a very short drive from the villa. Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet and Wild are about 20 minutes away with Busch Gardens about 1 hour.

Open floor plan with eat-in, fully equipped kitchen plus separate dining area, two master bedrooms with king size beds, bedroom with twin beds and a pull out sofa.

Walk to the club house of the 9 hole golf course the winds around the property or play basketball or  tennis. There is also a large community pool with cabana and a large lake with dock and boat ramp.

Villa is very clean/maintained and offers every amenitiy, cable, DVD, microwave, washer, dryer, coffee maker, blender, ice maker, gas grill, dish washer, linens, towels, internet upon request, ceiling fans, etc

2 bed rental rates are from $80 to $115 per night including tax, with discounts on rentals of two weeks or more.

3 bed rental rates are from $95 to $130 per night including tax, with discounts on rentals of two weeks or more.
