This fabulous 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom Windsor Hills home, could soon be welcoming you and your family.  Located on the popular Windsor Hills Resort community, just off HW192 in Kissimmee, makes it an ideal location for the theme parks, with Disney World being less than 5 minutes away, plus the added convenience of having many restaurants and shops on your doorstep. 

As you enter the home, you walk through the formal sitting area, ideal for a little piece and quiet, plus a formal dining area which seats 6.  Through an archway is the large kitchen, breakfast area for 4 and family room with seating for all the family to enjoy an evening in front of the TV.  The breakfast area gives you access to the pool.

Also downstairs is the third queen bedroom, with TV and neighbouring bathroom.

At the top of the stairs and to the rear of the villa is the master bedroom, with king size four poster, TV and all the storage you would need for your luggage and additional purchases!  This bedroom has and large ensuite, with twin sinks, soak tub and walk in shower.

The 2^nd master bedroom is located at the front of the house, it too has a king size bed, TV and ensuite shower room.

The 4^th bedroom, offers a king size bedroom, TV and huge walk in closet.  The two twin rooms, are decorated in either a Jungle or Disney theme, both with own TVs.  These three bedrooms all share the main family bathroom, with twin sinks and shower over the bath.

You have access to your own Gamesroom with full size pool table and air hockey, ideal for little family competition.

Outside you have your own pool and spa, both can be heated in winter months for an additional charge of £95 per week.  There is also a large lanai for all important shade during those summer months.  Plus plenty of seating to soak up that sun!
