With large soft leather sofas sitting directly in front of a large screen TV this is the ideal spot to get away from it all.  You will find hundreds of channels to watch including HD stations offering HD films and sport.  Now imagine watching all this in 7.2 surround sound... You will not find many homes that have their own home cinema right in their living room!

DINING AREAS

We have two separate dining areas for you to gather in.  If you are looking for a quick snack or you just want somewhere for the children to colour in their pictures there is a small breakfast dining nook in the kitchen or maybe you have plans for a bigger gathering which is why the large dining table will prove useful.

KITCHEN

When you go away on holiday you don't tend to expect a fully fitted kitchen with washing machines, fridge freezers and ice cube makers but that's exactly what you have here.  Offering all the creature comforts of home and then some... the kitchen has all the facilities to cook for those large gatherings.

MASTER SUITE

With it's enormous king size bed and views over the pool deck and beyond this is a very large comfortable bedroom. With it's own cable TV and very spacious master bathroom this really is the kind of luxury you could get used to!

2nd BEDROOM

Located upstairs away from the hustle and bustle this second bedroom offers a bit of extra privacy and tranquility that is enhanced by the elevated views over Calabay Parc.  With it's own bathroom and cable TV you many not come out of here for days!  It's a lovely quiet room that makes this home ideal for two families.

3rd BEDROOM

The third bedroom is located downstairs.  It has twin beds and it also has a Cable TV, XBOX 360 as well as a place for you position your laptop.  It has a wired connection option for a more stable signal but there is also a wireless signal for checking your emails by the pool. This bedroom also has an full bathroom en-suite which is unusual for a 4 bedroom house.

4th BEDROOM

The 4th Bedroom has a Queen size double bed and it's very own en-suite bathroom.  This is a lovely spacious room offering total privacy away from the main part of the house.

POOL DECK

A villa in Florida wouldn't be right without a stunning blue tropical swimming pool to splash around in and this is no exception.  With views over the unspoilt conservation land this pool deck really is something you could get excited about.  With it's own bubbling spa sitting in the corner you could just imagine yourself relaxing in one of the sun loungers with a cold drink and a good book.  The deck has been extended as well which means there will be no race to get the best spot as there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out.  Make sure you keep your camera handy as the country side behind the villa can show some amazing wildlife and the noise from all the creatures in the evening is quite incredible...certainly something to write home about.  We have no rear facing neighbours and there are high 7ft hedges lining the pool enclosure so you are guarenteed your privacy.
