This beautiful Florida Villa will be completed in November 2008 and will be furnished to a luxurious standard and has had various upgrades to the villa.

The villa has the benefit of sunshine all day, so you will be able to watch the sun set at night while relaxing by the pool or alfresco dining.

The Windsor Hills Villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which sleeps 13. It is the ideal place for your holiday vacation whether you're busy at the theme parks or dining 'al-fresco' by the pool and relaxing in the sun or if you like to socialize within the community facilities, such as Games room, Gym, Cinema, Large pool area and Tennis courts or Putting Green area.

• Non-refundable Booking Deposit - £100 / $185 per week.
• The remainder is to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival
• Insurance for the villa is charged at $45 or £28
• Welcome packs from $50/ £30Pool heating is an optional extra of £80/$125 per week.
• Pool heating is not normally required between the months of May to October.
• Extra cleaning, please add £75/$125
• Cots and high chairs available are free of charge
