This stunning custom built Orlando villa is perfectly placed to be the perfect home for your magical vacation. It is situated on one of the most desirable lakefront lots in the prestigious gated and walled community of Formosa Gardens Estates. The community is 2 miles, being 5 minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World ™ and less than a mile to the nearest golf course. Shops, restaurants, banks, and mini golf are all in close proximity.

At over 7200 sq ft of under cover space of which 5800 sq ft is air conditioned space, there is more than enough room for even the largest family gathering to have their own personal space. The non smoking and pet free villa accommodates 16 people plus 2 infants under 3 and has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, large family room, large screen theater / cinema, kitchen, two dining areas, purpose built games room / 2^nd living area, and a large private sun deck and pool.

Star Lake Manor is one of the largest vacation homes in the Disney area; however, the increased interior space has not been gained by sacrificing outdoor space. The outdoor deck and pool area are an integral part of the vacation experience, like nearly all homes in the area the deck is the full width of the house but unlike other homes it also extends over 40ft past the house to provide that much needed space for all the guests to relax and sunbath all around the pool.

This magical Disney ™ vacation home comprises of a grand master suite, and three additional master bedrooms, all of which have a king bed, bathroom and state of the art large screen wall mounted high definition LCD TV with cable and Blu-ray DVD player.

Two further bedrooms are twin rooms of which one has its own bathroom and the last bedroom being a twin bunk room, with the remaining twin room and the bunk bed room sharing a bathroom. Each of these bedrooms has a wall mounted TV with cable TV and Playstation 3.

Entertainment facilities in this villa are not surpassed by any other rental home in Orlando, with an amazing six large screen LCD televisions in addition to the theater / cinema. The living area boasts an enormous state of the art 65” full high definition LCD TV connected to HD Cable and a high definition Blu-ray player. All the master bedrooms have a minimum of a 46” LCD screen, with the grand master suite benefiting from a 52” screen.

All the main rooms in the house, as well as the Lanai, Balcony and pool area are connected to a centralised audio system. This system provides six simultaneous audio sources around the house. In simple terms this means the whole house is not stuck listening to the same song, for example, you could be listening to your favourite radio station in the bedroom, whilst the games room plays songs from an XM radio channel, and if you bring an IPOD then up to two of these can be connected to the system to enable playing of your own music around the house.

If size is important to you then treat yourself to the latest movie in the theater which for the technically minded has a 103” screen, full high definition projector, Blu-ray/ HD-DVD player & dolby 7.1 surround sound. For the ultimate comfort and luxury the seating is out of this world with seven leather seats each having electric recline and foot support.

The games room is purpose built and is therefore not your usual garage make-over, and as such the room is light and airy which makes it a place you actually want to spend time in. The room is equipped with a full size 8ft pool table and 7ft air hockey table, in addition to a living area, 52” LCD TV and wet bar with ice maker and beverage center. Double doors lead out onto the amazing pool deck.

Sun deck. If the interior hasn’t given you the wow factor you require to spend your vacation at this villa then the pool and sun deck will truly amaze you! The screened sun deck is a massive 88ft x 42ft and has the best uninterrupted view of Star Lake where you will see plenty of birds fly over and paddle. As you would expect of a villa of this stature it has an ample supply of upholstered pool furniture, including sun loungers and reclining chairs. Even the most hardy sun worshipper will need to shade from the harsh Florida sun at some point during the day, for which there is an extensive shaded lanai which has large cooling fans and dining table and chairs. For your convenience within the screened area we have provided a covered summer kitchen containing an enormous gas BBQ, gas burner, sink, refrigerator and ice maker. A bathroom and shower are located off the lanai.

Upstairs Balcony. The screened shaded upstairs rear balcony is accessed from the grand master suite and from other parts of the house via the landing. The balcony is cooled by large fans and is an ideal spot due to its elevated position to have an outstanding aerial view of the lake and pool. Imagine having your early morning coffee, looking out over the lake covered in mist with the birds singing. At night the balcony also has views in the distance of the magical Disney ™ fireworks at Magic Kingdom ™ and Epcot ™

Pool, spa / Jacuzzi & children pool

To complement such a huge sun deck, the main free form pool is an enormous 46ft x 22ft and is interconnected by rock spillways with the spa and children’s pool. The children’s splash pool is 1.5ft deep and the 10 jet spa can comfortably seat 8 adults. The focal point of the pool is the rock waterfall which at 4ft tall is amazing to watch. The main pool also has within it a table so you can sit around it in the pool with a drink. There are no fewer than eight fountains, four in the children’s pool and four in the main pool. At night all three pools and the main pool fountains can be lit with fibre optic lighting.

Easter and Christmas Holidays are subject to a minimum charge of 7 and 10 nights respexctively

Partial weeks are charged on a pro-rata basis.
