Set in almost half an acre our lakefront villa, "Formosa Boulevard", is located in Formosa Gardens Estates, Kissimmee, which is one of the most attractive and closest developments to WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort. This is a recently established premier residential estate of large quality villas off Formosa Boulevard. Properties are typically executive class and on oversized plots. Perfectly located for visiting the attractions. Shops, 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants are a few minutes away and WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort is only a few minutes drive.

"Formosa Boulevard" has an extended deck for all day sun surrounds our large 30x15ft very private swimming pool and luxury hot tub. There is a covered lanai with reclining sun chairs as well as a table and chairs for relaxing and eating outside while enjoying the beautiful view over Star Lake. The doors leading to the pool area are fitted with child alarms so you will be alerted if a child opens the door.

Furnished to a high standard by an interior design company and fully air-conditioned our spacious villa sleeps eight and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Both Master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one with a king bed and the other queen.  There is also kids bunk bedroom, furnished in a fun Disney theme, which can sleep 4 and another twin room. Each bedroom has a TV and the family room also has a DVD player and a Playstation 2. In the rest of the house you will find family and lounge areas as well as a breakfast nook and separate dining room. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a separate laundry area should help you feel perfectly comfortable during your stay.

Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem. If you are looking for accommodation for a larger party but don't all want to share the same house we also have other homes in the same community overlooking Star Lake.

For the comfort of all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use outside.
