Enjoy all the comforts of home! We really have tried to think of every detail to make your family's vacation as relaxed, enjoyable and memorable as possible. Our kitchen has all the appliances you’d find at home: full-size refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, electric mixer, electric can-opener. We've also provided a full-set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses & silverware to make every meal as enjoyable as the ones you have at home!
Pack light and use our home’s laundry room w/full size washer & dryer, iron & board. Leave your hair dryer behind too, as you will find one in every bathroom. If you need to keep in touch with the office, there is an office/study room with desk, chair and free Wireless Internet.
Fun Zone for the Kids & You too!
Your children (and you too) will enjoy all the entertainment that our home offers. When you are not visiting the parks, and when you can extract the kids from the pool long enough, there is a fully air-conditioned games room with Pool, Foosball and Air-hockey tables. A selection of video games for the PlayStation 2 & Nintendo Wii game consoles, game boards, children DVDs, toys, Television with Cable and DVD in every room, so they won't miss their favorite cartoon or show. We also cater to the little ones, by providing a travel cot/playpen, highchair, stroller, toddler's booster seat, a set of dishes for boy and girl. For their safety, there is a protective mesh pool fence, providing a barrier to the pool.
The Ideal Location
One of the many advantages of staying at our villa is its location, location, location. Tuscan Hills is conveniently located on Highway 27, one mile south of the junction with US 192 West and within 10-15 minutes of everyone's favorite theme park, Walt Disney World Resorts and the Disney inspired town of Celebration. Or you may prefer to just lounge by the pool and enjoy a peaceful retreat from the hectic rounds of the theme parks and unbeatable shopping. Restaurants, Banks, ATMs, Supermarkets, Service Stations are all located very close to our community. A 24 hour Walmart SuperCenter is located approx. 4 minutes North on US 27. A Publix Supermarket, medical clinic, great Chinese, Indian + pizza takeout and a new AppleBee's family restaurant are all located approx. 2 minutes South on US 27 within the Berry Town Center. Other restaurants offering full service or take out are all within close proximity, as are golf courses, parks, lakes, biking, fishing and other amenities.
