The townhouse is situated just 1 junction from the Disney resorts, close to Highway 192 and 27.  It is located in a quiet and peaceful area backing onto a conservation area but still close to local shops and restaurants. 

The townhouse comprises of 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6 people), 2.5 baths and a family room with dining area.  The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, cooker, dish washer and full size fridge/freezer.  Washer and tumble dryer are located in the utility room.  The home is fully air conditioned and each room also has a ceiling fan.

The townhouse is situated in a gated community and is accessed by the electronic gate system.  This is a small quiet newly built development which is well maintained by the community management.

The community pool is only a short walk from the house, it comprises of a cabana, shower and toilet facilities.  The pool has a shallow end (3 feet) and a deep end (5 feet), sun lounges are also available.
