Enjoy your Florida holiday by staying in our 4 Bed, 3 Bath, Executive villa with Large Pool, Spa & Games Rm.  The villa is Spacious, sleeps 8-10 people, is Fully Air Conditioned and Beautifully Furnished.  It is also Southfacing and only 15 minutes from Disney. 

The villa's equipped with many upgrades for your own comfort and enjoyment.  It has for example:

* Games Rm, with Pool Table, Table Football & Basketball.

* An extensive Cable package with English Premiership Football.

We are situated on ORANGE TREE, a Community set amongst Orange Groves and with free Tennis, Football, Basketball and Tot Lot facilities. 

The villa is ideally situated to enjoy the best of what Orlando has to offer.  We are located off of Highway 27 which is within easy reach of all the Major Attractions; only a couple of minutes drive from both the Walmarts Supermarket and the 192 Highway which hosts many Restaurants, Shops and other Entertainment.

Being Southfacing, the pool area receives sunshine throughout the day, but there is also a Covered Porch which provides shade from the sun when required.   The entire pool and patio is also fully screened to make sure bugs are kept at bay!

Our villa is an ideal choice for 2 families to share.  There are 2 living areas which allow children to watch TV and DVDs in one room, while the adults can relax and unwind in the other living area or by the pool. 

Additionally, the Master bedroom has a Kingsize bed and it's own large bathroom, with the 4th bedroom having a Queen size bed and en-suite.  This leaves 2 twin bedrooms either side of a 3rd bathroom allowing children to have their own bathroom between them.  The 2 twin bedrooms are also decorated in a Disney & Shrek theme.

Rates:

Prices shown are for the cost of the villa, regardless of the number of guests staying (maximum of 10).  All rates are per week and are inclusive of sales tax:

LOW season:  £475 / $865  (Jan, Nov-Mid Dec).
MID season:  £550 / $995  (Feb-Oct (excluding High Season dates).
HIGH season: £645 / $1175 (Easter & Christmas Holidays & Late July-early Sept).

Pool Heating is optional at £85 /$150 per week.
