Less than 10 minutes from Disney, it affords easy access to the parks and attractions and has many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Close enough to Orlando's renowned golf courses and shopping malls, yet able to provide a peaceful and aptly named retreat if that's your choice. Relax out on the massively extended pool deck area, enjoy the pool & spa, or just unwind watching a Florida sunset and the fantastic conservation area views.

• Upstairs at the rear is The Den. Superbly furnished area. Luxurious corner seating unit with built in chaise. Fantastic views over the pool deck out into the conservation area.

Adjoining the formal living area is an exquisite formal dining area.

The family dining area is situated between the family living area and kitchen. It has views through patio doors to the pool & spa and conservation area

GAMES ROOM

The garage has been converted into a large games room with Pool table & Air-Hockey table. Also has a table and chairs.

POOL & SPA AREA

The pool deck area has been extended by over 320sq. feet; moving the pool more than 8 feet further away from the house. This gives a much better area for play and relaxation. The pool and spa have optional heating and a fibre optic colour wheel that looks great at night. The elevated spa has an upgraded jet blower in addition to normal spa settings. These operate from timer mechanisms situated within the pool area. There are 2 table & chair sets with optional sun-screen umbrellas, together with recliners and casual seating. You are 30 seconds away from that ice-cold drink in the fridge!!

THE CONSERVATION AREA

As if the incredible space and luxury in the house isn’t enough the rear outlook is a massive bonus at this villa. This conservation area is the real thing! Over 850 square miles and you're on the edge of it. The views are stunning and when you've had a long tiring day at the theme parks / golf course / shopping malls, just relax outside. Watch the sunset. Watch the wildlife. Sit in the pool or spa just looking out into the distance - and just unwind.

SECURITY

The property has an alarm system for guests use, with access alarms and motion sensors.

Child Safety alarms are fitted to the patio door and windows leading out to the pool deck area.

The pool has a safety fence which adults can install or remove easily to suit their purposes. When not in use this rolls up and can be stored away.

There is a Fire Extinguisher in the Kitchen and on the Upstairs Landing.

LAUNDRY ROOM

There is a separate laundry room with large Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Clothes Airers, Iron & Ironing Board.
