The Great Room: is a large light room with patio doors giving access to the pool and deck area. It is furnished with large comfortable 3-seater and 2-seater sofas, cable TV, and has
excellent views of the pool area.

A ceiling fan is provided to compliment the A/C. There is an array of books and videos (including children's) for you to borrow as well as plenty of family games. There is also a CD player and some CD's for your enjoyment.

The Family Room: has cable TV, games console and a selection of games. The games console also doubles up as a DVD player together with some films to watch.

The room is furnished to a high standard with large comfortable sofas. The room is ideal for some quiet time reading, planning a days activities such as which park to visit next, or as a play area/room for the children.

The Kitchen: is open plan and fully fitted with a large storage larder and many modern appliances: dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, bagel/regular toaster, blender, electric can opener plus cupboards fully laden with crockery, glasses, plastic pool ware, cutlery and cooking utensils.

The Breakfast Nook: comfortably seats four and provides the perfect place for breakfasts with views over the pool.

The Dining Room: with a large table and six chairs, overlooking the pool; an excellent place for formal dining.

Master Suite: The Master Bedroom is luxuriously furnished with a beautiful King size bed, side tables and a large dresser with arched mirror. The room is equipped with a cable TV, radio clock alarm and ceiling fan. Patio doors from the bedroom give a great view of the pool area.

Leading from the master suite is an inner lobby from which there is a large walk-in closet and a superbly sized  en-suite bathroom, comprising large roman tub, separate double walk-in shower, his and her's vanity sink units with cupboards beneath and a separate toilet. A hair dryer has been provided for your use.

Guest Suite: Incorporating a queen size bed, double closet, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, cable TV, ceiling fan. En-suite with large oversize shower, WC and basin with door leading to the pool area. A hairdryer is also available for your convenience.

Twin Rooms: The two twin rooms are accessed via an inner hall from the great room, each has twin beds, both have smart furniture, double wardrobes and ample drawer space. These are divided by a third bathroom which comprises a vanity unit and bath with overhead shower.

Bed linen and all towels are provided (including pool towels) and hairdryers can be found in all the bathrooms.

The Pool: At 28ft X 15ft the oversized pool has an extended deck area that offers plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing on sunny days. Two outdoor fans are situated under the shade of the large lanai to give cooling breezes.

Pool towels are provided. The pool has a south facing aspect that is sun drenched from early morning to late evening.

For you and your childs/childrens protection the pool is equipped with the latest child safety fencing to help keep unsupervised children away from the pool area. The spacious patio area is equipped tables and high quality padded chairs and sun loungers.

The pool can be heated upon guest request, this needs to be booked and is charged for separately.
