Executive 4 bedroom 3 bath (2550 sq ft) Florida villa with south facing pool / spa on Ridgewood Lakes. This luxury villa is constantly updated to ensure that you have all the comforts of home and more!  

It is located on the prestigious Ridgewood Lakes golf community in Davenport Florida, it has one of the most breathtaking entrances you will ever see. Ridgewood Lakes has a championship par 72 golf course with large clubhouse, putting green and practice area. 4 tennis courts open all year round and free to use located less than 2 minutes walk from the villa, you also have access to the communal pool which is heated in the summer and is less than 1 minute walk away.

The villa has a large south facing pool/spa and landscaped garden totally enclosed by a 6ft privacy fence there is also a large undercover lanai area for those times when the sun gets too much! (If possible) At night the pool comes alive with different colours from the fiber optic pool lights.

Inside the villa you have two sitting areas, a formal sitting room ideal for some quiet time or reading after a long day at Disney and a family room with an upgraded Sony 50” TV and cable package including High Definition and over 200 channels, if that’s not enough it also has a 5 changer DVD/CD surround sound system for the nights you want to relax and watch a movie.

The kitchen area is very spacious with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, it also has a large breakfast bar with stools and separate nook with table and chairs. Opposite the formal sitting room is a formal dining room in case you want to entertain.

The villa has 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathroom (1 en-suite), the master bedroom has a King Size four poster bed with canopy and large en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower, the master has a New 32" HDTV with it's own HD box so you have crystal clear tv. The 2nd bedroom has 25“ TV with over 99 channels to choose from.

Bedroom two has a queen size slay bed with a large built-in wardrobe and plenty of draw space. The 2nd bathroom is located next door and also services bedroom 3. 

The first twin bedroom has a large walk-in closet and plenty of draw space plus a 19” TV with 99 channel cable package.

The second twin bedroom, decorated in a sports theme, also has a large walk-in closet and plenty of draw space plus the benefit of a 36" TV with 99 channel cable package and a PS2 with Games to keep the kids busy.

The villa also has a games room with table football and air hockey there is also a dart board, bikes to ride and tennis rackets and balls to use on the local free courts.

Ridgewood Lakes is located on HWY27 2.5miles from exit 55 of the Interstate 4 (I4) which gives you easy access to get to all the parks, Disney is 15mins, Sea World 20mins, Universal Studios 25mins. If you like the beach it’s only 50 miles on the I4 to Clearwater Beach (Gulf Coast).

Also the Ridgewood Lakes golf club is open to the public all year round and is a great test for any skill level. Discount rates are available in the afternoon.
