The large family room is equipped with queen sized sofa bed, TV, DVD and CD player provide an extremely comfortable area to relax and unwind after a day at the attractions. All bedrooms have TV’s, as well as Playstation 2 and VCR/DVD in bedroom 3. The villa also has Internet access.

The kitchen has every conceivable electrical accessory, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, blender etc.etc. making it a real home from home.

The two main bedrooms are both en-suite with walk in showers, walk in wardrobes and both have direct access to the pool and deck area. The two other bedrooms are luxuriously equipped, one with a double bed the other with twin beds with large wardrobe facilities, which share the third bathroom with shower and bath. A cot, bed guard, highchair and pushchair (stroller) are also available at no extra cost. The garage is fully carpeted and converted to a games room, with table tennis and pool tables. 
  

The south facing private pool is fully screened, with alarms fitted to all doors and windows leading to pool area. There is also a covered lanai with fan, just perfect to sit and relax, ending the day watching a ‘Floridian’ sunset!
