Lovely 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath Dream VillaEnjoy all the comforts of our spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath Florida Vacation Pool Home with Air-Conditioned Gameroom. The private pool is great for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing and the gameroom (foosball, air hockey, table tennis, electronic darts, toy chest and exercise bike) adds plenty of fun for all ages! Why stay in a cramped single hotel room when you can vacation in style?
Our luxury home offers a formal living and dining room and separate family room. The luxury master bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed, TV/VCR/DVD and spacious en suite master bath consisting of a garden tub, double sink vanity, walk-in closet, and separate shower. The three remaining bedrooms include 2 beautiful queen bedrooms and a themed set of twin beds all with clock radio/alarms, TV/VCRs, lots of closet space and lovely decor. All quality linens and towels, including pool towels, are provided for you. There's plenty of room for the entire family or two families vacationing together.
The family room, kitchen, dinette areas make up a spacious great room. You'll enjoy 5 TV/VCRs, 2 DVD players, 1 music system, movies, games, electronic toys and puzzles at our villa so everyone can watch what they want to. If you decide to dine in, the fully equipped kitchen awaits you with all modern appliances and accessories you'll need. You'll also love the "natural gas" outdoor grill located near the pool area (no need to refill propane tanks here). Laundry facilities are also provided for your convenience.
Our location can't be beat. It's convenient, central location is only about 4 miles from Disney and just minutes from challenging area golf courses and many fine shops and delicious restaurants on Highway 192. The Gulf Coast and beaches are about 1 hr. 15 mins. west or the Atlantic Coast is about 1 hr. east. After a busy day, you'll love having a relaxing place to call "Home".

The King family from Ireland stayed during Dec 2006/Jan 2007 for 13 nights... We were down in January and stopped in to visit briefly with Susan and her family. She told me she was very impressed with our immaculate villa and enjoyed all the extras we put in our home. Her children loved the TV's in their bedrooms so they could watch cartoons!
