This Florida holiday villa is located in Sunset Lakes

SUNSET LAKES is a well maintained, much sought after executive, gated community set around 2 well stocked fishing lakes and conservation areas. The larger lake provides a small fishing pier and cabana, from which to enjoy romantic sunsets and view Disney Fireworks. There are communal facilities available for all guests, comprising a large swimming pool with changing facilities and sunloungers and a play area for the youngsters. It is located on Funie Steed Road to the south of Highway 192 between Lindfields Boulevard and Formosa Boulevard.

The beauty of Sunset Lakes is it’s peaceful and rural location, yet so close to all the amenities and attractions.

The shops and restaurants of H/W 192 are only minutes away by car and reachable by foot (if you are the energetic types). DisneyWorld can be reached within 10 minutes and The Universal Parks/SeaWorld are a 20 minute drive.

For golf enthusiasts there are numerous Golf Courses close by. The newly opened Champions Gate Course is within a short drive.

A little further a field are the beaches – the Atlantic Coast and Kennedy Space Centre are 1 hours drive and the nearest beach resort on the Gulf Coast is Clearwater, which will take you 1 1/2 hours to drive. Busch Gardens at Tampa is a little nearer and usually takes 1 hour to reach.

Sunset Lakes is an oasis that provides the ideal place to retreat to after a long day at the Parks. Sit around your pool watching the passing wildlife and hot air balloons and if you are lucky enough to be overlooking one of the lakes the opportunities for nature spotting are endless – snapping turtles, herons and other birds and the occasional otter has been seen. Have your binoculars ready to watch the Bald Eagle soaring overhead.

Sunset Lakes Residents Association cares about its community and it shows. In our opinion Sunset Lakes is the perfect destination for your Orlando vacation.

POOL AREA

We consider the pool area to be a special feature of our home. The elegantly shaped pool and spa, with new state of the art colour changing underwater lighting, overlook a lake and conservation area, providing a relaxing environment to sit and observe the passing wildlife. Well established planters, large covered lanai and outside seating, with overhead fan. The outdoor kitchen area provides a large gas barbeque and sink. There is a poolside washroom and outdoor shower.

Designed and equipped for style and comfort, our house is a home from home, providing all you will need for your stay. Just pack clothes and personal items, the rest is there.

Please note this is a non-smoking, no pets home.

Rental Rates 2009/10

  • £450 - £600  per week
