At the end of a busy day sightseeing there’s no better place than to return to this beautiful, fully furnished villa.  Stretch out by the kidney shaped pool with a refreshing drink or just use the sun loungers to relax in the peaceful surroundings.  There’s even a shaded recess furnished with table and chairs which is ideal for outdoor meals and there is a purpose built barbecue for your use.

The villa is situated on a quiet development which has its own small shopping plaza which consists of a variety of small shops but has the added bonus of a post office, bank, petrol station and an invaluable supermarket.  It is only 15 minutes from the “Magic of Disney” - in fact it is centrally located so that you never have to drive too far to any of the major attractions.  Close by is the US 192 which runs through Kissimmee and which is packed with restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Lounge: Spacious lounge with sofas, coffee tables, television, video, CD player and sliding patio doors to the pool terrace.

Dining Area: Dining area has a formal table and six chairs.

Kitchen/Diner: Equipped with everything!  Oven & hob, microwave dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric juicer, food mixer, blender and toaster. The breakfast nook has an unusual stainless steel table and chairs.

Utility Room: There is a separate room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, television, clock radio, an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet.  The en suite has a walk-in shower, WC and double washbasin vanity unit. 

Bedroom 2: This double bedroom has its own en suite powder room (a toilet and washbasin vanity unit) and there is an exit from the en suite directly onto the sun terrace. 

Bedroom 3: The remaining twin bedroom has a bathroom adjacent to it.  This bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC and washbasin vanity unit.
