Formosa Gardens - Luxury 5 Bedroom 3 Bath Florida Villa

Our beautifully furnished Formosa Gardens villa stands on one third of an acre corner plot, with magnificent landscape gardens making it a special place to spend your holiday.

The westerly facing pool has the sun form morning till dusk. It has a large shaded lanai area with sun loungers, table and chairs and barbecue. The pool area of the villa has the upmost privacy due to it being a corner plot with very large gardens.

Two Master Kings which have a top quality King sized beds and walk in wardrobe one with ensuite walk in shower and corner bath, the other has its own bathroom. One Master Queen with shared bathroom and two Twin rooms one of which is themed. All bedrooms have Tv's.

This family room is beautifully furnished to the highest quality, it includes a large lcd Tv, Dvd and Cd player. The french doors lead out onto the lanai area.

Dining area looks out onto the pool, with a large bay window.

Sitting room is quiet area overlooking the beautiful gardens.

Games room includes full sized pool table, Airhockey, X-box entertainment system and other games.

All rooms are air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans. The villa has a  fire alarm system. Also the doors leading out to the pool have a child alarm.

There is a cot, highchair, playpen and buggy for our younger quests at no extra cost.
