Our waterfront, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom executive villa is located in Formosa Gardens Estates, Kissimmee, which is regarded as the most upmarket, gated rental community in the Disney World area. Properties are typically executive class on spacious sites and are perfectly located for visiting the attractions. Shops, 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants are about one mile away. WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort is only a few minutes drive and there are several superb golf courses nearby.

Furnished to a high standard by an interior design company and fully air-conditioned our spacious, 3500sq ft villa sleeps ten. There are two Master bedrooms with King size beds. They have en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, sitting areas and TVs. There is also another Master bedroom with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are a twin bedroom and a kid’s bunk bedroom which share a separate bathroom.

Each bedroom has a TV and the family room also has a DVD player and a Playstation 2. In the rest of the house you will find family and lounge areas as well as a breakfast nook and separate dining room. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a separate laundry area should help you feel perfectly comfortable during your stay.

There is also a beautifully furnished games room with a high quality pool table and foosball (table football). There is more sitting space here to relax and watch the big screen plasma TV.

An extended deck for all day sun surrounds our large 30x18ft very private swimming pool and luxury hot tub. There is a covered lanai with reclining sun chairs as well as a table and chairs for relaxing and eating outside while enjoying the beautiful view over Star Lake. The doors leading to the pool area are fitted with child alarms so you will be alerted if a child opens the door and there is a pool safety fence for added protection.

Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem. In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use on the pool deck.

Sanibel has loads of “extras” at no extra charge such as high-speed wireless Internet, DVDs and board games, a gas bbq grill and a baby equipment package including high chairs, strollers and baby monitors.
