Southern Dunes - 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Florida Holiday Rental Villa with Golf Course View

Our beautiful 4-bedroom 3-bathroom home is situated on the spectacular Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club just 20 minutes from all the main attractions. The perfect retreat for those who wish to recover from their tiring day at Disney or for those who just want somewhere peaceful and quiet where they can relax. It’s a great place for both golfers and non-golfers!

The Great Room is comfortably furnished with lounge, dining and reading areas and has patio doors leading out to the pool area.  There is a Digital Cable TV, DVD, Video and CD player in the lounge area and a music/intercom system throughout the house.  High Speed Internet access is available if you have a laptop computer.

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven. The house also has an iron and ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer giving you the opportunity to travel light if you wish.

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, walk in wardrobe and patio doors overlooking the pool. The en suite bathroom with two person shower has a connecting door from the bathroom to the pool area.  A safe is available in this bedroom for guest use. 

The second bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bed, TV, en suite bathroom and has a built in wardrobe.

The third and fourth bedrooms are both furnished with twin beds, have built in wardrobes and share the central bathroom.

All rooms have ceiling fans to augment the fully automatic air-conditioning.

The private screened pool is on the edge of the 16^th fairway and as it faces west enjoys sunshine virtually all day and is ideally positioned to enjoy the fabulous Florida sunsets. The pool has a pool heater which is available for use at an optional extra cost.  The extended patio area is furnished with table, chairs, sun loungers and sunshade. 

A barbeque is available for use at the house.

A full compliment of linens and towels for use within the house and pool towels are provided.

There are 3 supermarkets within 10 minutes of the house, including a Super Walmart which offers just about everything at incredible prices. Around the entrance to the estate, the local restaurants offer a wide variety at reasonalble prices.

Rates vary from £500 to £600 per week depending on the time of year and we do also offer discounts for longer stays.

Southern Dunes Golf and Country club is a unique, beautiful and spacious community with a 24/7 secure gated entrance. Although close to all the main attractions it is situated in a quiet residential area.
