Welcome to The Palms at Orange Tree. This beautifully furnished Florida Villa is only 15 minutes from Disney World and is close to all the other Orlando theme park attractions.
Why stay in a hotel when you can have all the luxury and comforts of home and much more. It is situated on the upmarket community of Orange Tree which is ideally situated for Disney, Shops and over 25 Golf Courses.
The Villa has a large 30ft x 15ft pool with deck, patio and landscaped gardens which are totally enclosed by a 6ft privacy fence.
Inside the Villa, which is fully air conditioned, is a lovely family room with a 42” Flat Screen LCD TV with FULL Cable facilities. There is also a Wii station for those family days in. The Villa is fully equipped with Wi Fi facility.
There is also a DVD player if you wish to rent a movie from the local Wal Mart just 5 minutes away.
The kitchen comes with everything you would expect in a luxury Villa from informal to formal, or from breakfast to gourmet. It also has a breakfast bar with stools. There is a separate nook with a table and four chairs. If you wish to entertain there is a more formal dining area which comfortably seats six adults.
The Palms has 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 Master bedrooms both with en-suites. The first Master has a King size bed, with walk in closet. The ensuite has 'his n hers' sinks, a double walk in shower and a luxury Roman Tub. There is also a private access to the Pool and Patio areas. We have also provided some reading material for the more quiet occaisions.
The second Master bedroom boasts a Queen size bed, full ensuite facilities and Cable television.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds and share a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has Cable TV, a CD Player and a Play Station with a few games and the other bedroom has Cable TV and an I Pod docking station.
If you have had enough of the sun and pool, then why not have a game of pool on the 8 foot Pool table or challenge your family/friends to a game of table football in the Games Room. We have also provided a 32" Cable Television with DVD for the more relaxing times.
There are also tennis rackets and balls, a soccer ball and basketball for use on the communal recreational area which is just a short walk away where there are also 2 children’s play areas with slides.
The Palms is located on highway 27 just 2 miles north of US192 which gives easy access to Disney, 15 minutes, Sea World 20 minutes, Universal 25 minutes and if you wish to go to the east or west coast beaches, you're only an hour away.
