How to book a Florida villa to rent on VR360FloridaVillas.co.uk

Welcome to VR360FloridaVillas.co.uk we offer over 300 vacation villas to rent in Florida with the majority being located in Orlando.

This page will explain the best way to search and book a villa using our site. If this is your first visit to our site the best place to start is on the homes page here you will find lots of different options to get you started.

Most people have a size of villa in mind when they are looking to book so you can either browse by number of bedroom eg: 4 Bed Orlando Villas which are shown below in screen capture.

Once you have clicked through to the number of bedrooms page you will be shown a selection of 10 villas at a time with the total number of villas available shown at the top of page.

To see the next page of 10 villas you need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Next Page >> icon. Once on the next page if you scroll to the bottom of the page again you will get another option to go back to the << Previous Page.

The villas rotate on a per click basis so they will be in a different positon each time you visit the site so it's best to make a note of the Property Reference Number for each of the villas you like. This can be found on the villas main page above the large photo.

To get to the villas main page just click on the villa thumbnail image, title of the villa or the Click here to see a Virtual Tour and more photos... link.

Once on the villas main page you can see a 360 Virtual Tour, Photos, Special Offers and even check the availability (not every villa has this option enabled) via the links in grey menu bar. You can also find out more information about the villas community by clicking on the community name, in the example below this would be Clear Creek at Woodridge.

Also on the page located about half way down and at the bottom in a yellow bar are the owners direct contact details so you can call them to book or find out more information. There is also an email link which is located just to the right of the owners phone number and by clicking this it will open an email box in your email software eg: Outlook Express where you can type whatever you like, but we receommend you give the owner as much information about the dates and the amount of people in your party.

If you want to print the page or email it to a friend click on the small printer or email icons located on the far right of the grey menu bar.

There is one other option which is ideal if you are not sure which villa you want to book or you want to contact a number of owners in one go. The Wishlist option is located just left of the printer icon on the grey menu bar and looks like a notepad . By clicking this you add the current villa to a kind of shopping cart so you can continue looking at other villas without having to contact each owner individually. Once you have added all the villas you like to the Wishlist you need to click on the Click Here to Email All Your Favourites... link which will take you to the contact form where you can enter all your details and contact all the owners in one go.

Once you get to the contact form you will see all the villas you have selected to contact, if you have changed your mind about one of them and don't want further information just uncheck it on the list. Fill in all your details and add any additional information in the box provided then click the Email Villas button to send the enquiry to all the relevent owners.

Most owners should get back to you within 24hrs but if you want to find out anything quickly we recommend calling them direct.

There are two other ways to search for villas from the home page, one is via the Search for a Villa page which is designed for people who know which community they want to be on. All you need to do is select the number of bedrooms required or if you want to see all the villas available on that community just leave it set to All, check the communities you want to stay on and hit the Advance Search >> button at the bottom of the page. You will then be given a list of villas similar to clicking on the 4 Bed Orlando Villas link mentioned earlier on this page, from there you have the same options to contact the owner as outlined above eg: direct via the email box or using the wishlist option.

You can also find a villa quickly if you made a note of the Property Reference Number by entering this in the Quick Search box and hitting Find this will take you directly to the villas main page.

The last option to find a villa from the home page is to select the community you want from the drop down list which is located under the number of bedroom links and hit the Go button.
