Our Orlando vacation Villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite) Situated on Westbury its near Disney and all main attractions. Its a true home from home - everything you could want some of them listed below but theres more!!

Situated in the community of Westbury near Davenport in a peaceful and idyllic setting yet just 12 minutes from the World famous Walt Disney World attractions.

'Palm Tree' Villa is a fully air-conditioned home with all modern facilities which can comfortably sleep six guests. The lounge has plenty of natural lighting and comfortable seating with a 42" LCD Flat screen TV with Cable television and DVD. There is also Wireless Internet throughout the Villa.

The kitchen / breakfast area consists of a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer and all other modern appliances that would be expected from a luxury Villa. The separate formal dining area can seat six adults comfortably.

The Villa has three bedrooms, one of which is a Master bedroom with ensuite facilities. There are two further twin bedrooms, both with Cable TV, which share a bathroom with bath and shower.

The games room houses a full sized quality pool table and full sized table football. There is also an electronic dartboard.

The large private heated swimming pool is screened to keep the local wildlife at arms length.
