This privately owned 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom luxury Villa is set in a quiet and peaceful location on the beautiful Village of Tuscan Ridge, which is situated in a prime location on Highway 27 with Disney being just 15 minutes away. It is just off Highway 27, and a few miles up the road id highway 192 the main route through Kissimmee, with its many restaurants, bars, retail outlets and other attractions and there is easy access to the I4 - making the trip to the Parks, airports, Tampa (for Busch Gardens) and makes the fantastic shopping outlets so easy to reach.

There are a further two bedrooms, each with twin single beds, TV and DVD. Next to these bedrooms there is a family bathroom with WC, Bath and Shower.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and modern furnishings in the Floridian style.

There are two family areas one with 50 Plasma TV with HD Cable the other has large TV, DVD and PS2. This flexibility lets the kids have their own area to chill out.If the PS2 does not keep the kids occupied, then they can play on the Pool Table, Air Hockey, Football table, Basket Ball or a game of Darts in the games room.

There is an area for formal dining table, breakfast table and a breakfast bar. The large kitchen are fully equipped with all amenities including washer and drier, fridge freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, Coffee maker, full sized Oven, Toaster, large sink with waste disposal and microwave oven. The kitchen is packed with all the Glasses, Plates, Dishes, Pots & Pans and everything you will need to make you feel at home.

The Utility Room has Large American Style Washing and Drying Machines to make washing quick and easy.

Our beautiful pool is maintained to the same meticulous standards as the interior of the house. It is serviced weekly to ensure the water is always crystal clear and perfectly chemically-balanced. Outside the summer months, the pool can be heated at additional cost so that you can enjoy a swim no matter what the weather.

The entire extended pool area is screened to ensure no bugs can join you as you relax on the comfortable loungers or dine outside using the table and chairs under the shaded lanai area. There is a large Gas BBQ so you can cook them large Stakes while enjoying a cool glass of beer or cocktail. Across the rear of the pool there are mature plants and bushes to ensure privacy and that you are not overlooked from the back. There is lighting on the deck area, as well as within the pool itself, so that make full use of the pool area all evening and nightfall.

Two master bedrooms en-suites make this the perfect holiday home for two families. The beautiful, heated pool (only required in the winter) has a covered lanai for much needed shade on those hot sunny days and it doesn't back onto another property so you have privacy. A built in music system (you can plug your MP3 Player) connects all rooms including the Pool Deck area to make the outside experience even greater it can also be used for intercom etc.ideal for waking the children up.

There is Free Baby equipment such as Cot, Baby Alarm, High Chair, Stair Gate and Stroller.
