An especially spacious and beautifully presented 4-bed/3-bath villa (sleeps 8) located on the prestigious Tuscan Ridge community, this is a vacation home for discerning guests who demand and expect the best.

Our villa in Florida is everything that we have ever dreamed of!  We are very proud of our choice of plot and style of house - we are blessed with a large front and back garden and loads of garden space between us and our neighbours giving a wonderful sense of privacy and space.

Our villa itself has everything that any family could want for - to include all normal household equipment to luxuries of a huge 52" HDTV in the Living Room, sleek 32" LCD TV in the Master and 2nd Master Bedrooms.  We have a Fantastic Games Room with an Arcade Machine with 60 games including PacMan, Space Invaders etc etc  There is also a PS2, all sorts of board games, jigsaw puzzles, CD's, Dvd's etc etc to fill any spare moment.

The best part of our villa, in my opinion, is definately the pool / Jacuzzi and deck area.  The pool is large by normal standards and you can swim up and down it rather than just being a splash pool, the deck area we made larger to accommodate 6 comfy loungers, six seater table and chairs and large Gas BBQ - there is still a lot of space left to walk around and play with the kids!

'Countryside' at Tuscan Ridge is a select community with little traffic and is a well cared for beautiful community adjacent to natural woodland and orange groves but yet soooo close to Disney and all the other attractions and highways.

The villa, which sleeps 10, has a larger than standard, south facing lanai and pool area with an in-ground hot tub/spa. The pool area is private, not overlooked and gets the sun all day, with enough shade for when you need a break or to enjoy the ample space for comfortable outdoor dining. The hot tub also offers a pleasant respite where you can soak away the aches and pains after a long day at the theme parks !

This community has a mix of rental and permanent resiidents, confirming that locals and visitors alike consider it a very desirable location. Sunshine Villa is a 4 x bedroom 3 x bathroom luxuriously appointed home in the Countryside division of Tuscan Ridge. the house benefits from the fact that the owners Mike & Margaret, use it regularly as their own escape to the Sun and fun of Florida. To this end the home has been extensively refurbished from the original. Many features have been enhanced and added to since Mike & Margaret took ownership in late 2008.
