Our villa is on the gated golfing community of Southern Dunes, which is situated south of Orlando just 20 minutes from Disney World Resort and 25 minutes from International Drive. It is also less than an hour to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast. The 4 bedroom villa has 2 en-suite bathrooms and a further bathroom serving the 2 twin bedrooms, it has a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The pool faces west and it has an extended deck area which gives plenty of room for all the guests. As it overlooks the 16^th fairway the pool area has fine views over the golf course.
