Southern Heaven Villa is based in the beautiful Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club just off the US27. There is gated access with 24hr security. There are three communal pools, tennis courts, children’s play area, gym and library available free of charge for our guests. There is a large Walmart just in front of Southern Dunes and lots of local places to eat and shop.

Our villas are located on Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, a gated community, just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World. Conveniently located on Route 27, seven miles south from exit 55 off of I-4, with a 24-hour WalMart at the entrance and only 35 miles from Orlando International Airport.
