Our exciting  executive villa has been custom built to the highest standards. It is situated in the elegant  development of The Sanctuary at West Haven and is a secure gated community made up of about 35 houses.

This is a quiet rural location overlooking a conservation area. This development is minutes by car from a whole host of shops, diners, bars, restaurants, bank, and 24-hour hypermarket. Disney World is only 10 mins by car.

There are about 20 magnificent championship golf courses including an 18 hole golf course designed by Greg Norman all of which are only minutes away. Sea World, Wet’ n’ Wild, and The Epcot Centre are also close by.

Universal Studios, Daytona Beach, Bush Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are a little further afield but an easy drive up The ‘Interstate 4’, which is only 5 minutes away from the villa. Orlando International Airport takes approx 30 mins, and about 60 min is Sanford Airport.

Our Luxuriously furnished two-storey villa with high vaulted ceilings gives you a spacious feeling. The villa has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8/10 people, and has a large screened heated pool, which is not overlooked by other properties. It has a large grass area for children to play, or to have a family BBQ. The villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all the rooms including pool area.

Entrance Hall: Large lobby entrance to the ground floor and stairs to the bedrooms, leading off this is the Living Room

Living Room: This is the quiet room with no TV, ideal to have drinks with guests or a quiet room to read a book, it is furnished with two sofas, coffee table, two side tables, and two table lamps.

Dining Room: This room formal dining room has a beautiful table with 6 chairs.

Luxury Fitted Kitchen: The large modern, fully fitted kitchen comes with all the latest appliances including a large cooker, microwave, coffee percolator, fridge/freezer/icemaker, large selection of crockery, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils, and plastic ‘glasses’ for drinks around the pool. Dishwasher, waste disposal unit, electric kettle, toaster, electric can opener. There are three bar stools at the breakfast bar. You will also find a telephone from which all local calls and internret are free.

Adjoining the kitchen is the breakfast nook with a round glass table and four chairs. As the name suggests this is an ideal part of the house to take breakfast or an informal meal.

Family Room: Located conveniently adjoining the kitchen is the family room furnished with two sofas,cosy chair (dads), coffee table, two side tables, two table lamps. To help keep everyone entertained there is a large 52"TV with cable and DVD player. Also for music lovers there is a portable CD Player, so bring your favourite CD’s with you, although there are quite a selection there for you to use. A Bathroom is also located on the ground floor with toilet and basin.

Pool: Leading from the family room is the large beautifully tiled pool which is fully screened to help to keep the pool clean and doesn’t affect your tan in any way. It is surrounded by large pool deck and a covered Lanai should you prefer to sit in the shade. In the evening you can switch on the underwater pool lights for a cosy evening swim, it also has a safety screen for peace of mind where there are young children, these can be lifted out and stored away if required. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in. There is a bathroom and shower by the pool deck. Beyond the Pool area there is a large grassed area with a wall around, which is not overlooked by other properties. Also for your comfort there are waterproof loungers, chairs and a table. Pool heating available on request/booking.

Master Bedroom: Very large fully furnished with a new King size bed and dresser with mirror, two bedside tables, two table lamps, clock radio, and ceiling fan,tv

Master Bedroom En-suite: Archway leads to large walk-in closets on either side then into the luxurious en-suite bathroom, which has two single bowl vanity units, a large corner bath and large walk in shower cubicle. Toilet is situated in the bathroom but separated with its own door.

Bedroom 2: Furnished with a queen size bed, bedside table and lamp, dresser with mirror, ceiling fan and walk in closet. Bathroom en-suite consisting bath, shower, vanity basin and toilet.

Bedroom 3 and 4: Both are twin rooms which share bathroom number 3, both have walk in closets, ceiling fans and T.V/combo DVD's

Cot and High Chair provided FREE

Utility Room: Situated on this floor (Good location as most of the laundry coming from the beds and towels will be on this floor) Consists of Large washing machine, and large dryer. Also provided are an ironing board and iron, dustpan and brush and vacuum cleaner.

All white linen and towels are provided.
