Completed in July 2004 the villa consists of 5 bedrooms which sleep 10 people. There are 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One master bedroom is a US King Size (very large), and the other is a US Queen size (same as UK King size). There are then 3 twin-bedded rooms, 1 has an en suite and the other 2 share a bathroom/shower and toilet.

The Kitchen is spacious and well equipped and there is a lovely dining room.

The lounge features a Giant LCD TV with cable (100 TV channels) and DVD.

The pool is large with a luxury Spa. The pool deck was built oversize as we paid for an extended deck and this gives lots of space for lazing around the pool area of having breakfast. For the perfect start to the day, why not have breakfast on the sundeck and watch the colourful Hot Air Balloons glide past overhead.

The garage has been converted in to a Games room and we offer a full size US Pool Table, Bar Football table, Electronic Darts and an X Box. This area is also kitted out with Bar Stools, Bar table and TV.

We bought the Villa for our own company customer's to enjoy and hence the standard of furniture is second to none. We would not want our customers or indeed our own staff using a Villa that was not excellent in every aspect.

We also provide TV's in every bedroom so that there can never be any arguments about just who wants to watch what on the 100 TV channels available (maybe it's just my 3 kids who argue over what to watch all the time!).

I like to keep in touch whilst I am away so we installed a Computer, printer, fax and Internet facility. This is free to use and enjoy. We just ask that people respect this for the next guest. Free Broadband and Wi-Fi Internet is now available. I like to relax on holiday knowing that I can keep in contact with the office, whilst the kids can use MSN and keep in touch with theirs friends. We've now installed SKYPE for those who want to video conference.

Our villa is all about relaxing from the stresses of everyday life. Everything in the house has been designed to make life stress free. If you want to keep in touch, then no problem, if you want to chill near the pool, then no problem, if the kids want to keep themselves entertained then again no problem. As we have a youngish family there is a Baby Cot and High Chair to use if required, so anyone with young kids don't need to bother worrying about taking these items with them.

As you would also expect the house has a superb washing machine and tumble dryer, plus all the other essentials, iron, hair dryer etc etc. This is a real home from home.

As for the community, Hampton Lakes is just 15 minutes from Disney. Within the community there is a giant pool, Volley Ball court, tennis courts and a child's play area. Our house is the very first as you drive in. This is because this plot was held back by the developers as the last one to sell off. It's a little bit bigger than the rest and the location makes it very easy to find, and very private.

Hampton Lakes is near the I4 so getting to Orlando (20 minutes) or Tampa (40 minutes) is easy. Literally 1 mile down the road we have a Publix plus several other shops and cash points. Another 2 miles further and you have a huge Walmart. So you don't need to pack much to bring on holiday because it's all very near by. 

If you don't want to cook then you don't have to. There are about 50 restaurants of all types and sizes within a 10 minute drive, the closest being under 5 minutes away.

When we decided on Hampton Lakes, the location was important to us. We like going to a Theme Park for a few hours, then coming back to the Villa for lunch and a swim and a general chill out. We then go out to somewhere different in the evening, maybe another park or maybe a restaurant. Hampton Lakes is perfectly placed to allow you to do this easily, and as stated the house is the very first one you get to which makes it even easier.

We use the Villa regularly and for the rest of the time we decided to rent it out at a very competitive rate. This keeps everything clean and fresh becuase the whole house, and all the laundry are professionally cleaned after every visit.
