Hugrow House is located on the secure and exclusive Ridgewood Lakes Golf Course with its Club House, Golf Shop, Communal Pool, Gym, Tennis Courts and 5 bass-stocked fishing lakes.  It lies on the US 27, just 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes from the Walt Disney Attractions.  The Designer outlets and many restaurants on the US192 are only a few minutes away.

Our home is an executive style villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping 8 people comfortably and standing in its own grounds with fabulous panoramic views of the golf course.  It has been newly decorated and furnished to a high standard by the owners who have taken great care to personally design their home for your comfort and relaxation.  The villa is fully air-conditioned with a large heated and screened swimming pool and terrace with plenty of seating and loungers as well as a gas BBQ, where you can swim, sunbathe and eat your meals al-fresco, whilst watching the amazing sunrise and sunset as well as some Florida wild life.

The villa offers a master bedroom and bathroom en suite with separate toilet, stretching the entire depth of the house, ideal for your honeymoon or just to spoil yourselves.  From here, there is access to the pool which has underwater, colour changing lights.  It is so warm you can bathe day or night.  There is a king-size bed, TV and the bathroom has a hydro-bath, double shower, hairdryer, his and hers washbasins and lots of white fluffy towels.

There is a queen-size bedroom with its own bathroom next to it with hairdryer and white fluffy towels and two further twin-bedded rooms which share a further large bathroom with double shower and double wash basins, hairdryer, again with lots of white fluffy towels.

The family area which leads to the pool enjoys wonderful views over the golf course.  It has a large 28" TV with cable (99 channels), DVD player and a selection of DVDs, board games and cards for your further enjoyment. With families in mind we have provided a high quality babies' cot with bedding, a high chair and a small pushchair. There are alarms on the doors surrounding the pool for the safety of young children.

The spacious kitchen has all up-to-date appliances, including toaster, coffee maker, citrus juicer, blender, George Forman grill hand whisk, electric can opener, microwave, range cooker, large American refrigerator with ice maker and a large breakfast bar and table and chairs in the nook.  A wall-mounted intercom system with radio and CD player serving all bedrooms and the pool terrace, and a telephone, answering machine (free local calls) have been installed for your convenience.  We now have installed Wireless Internet access. The utility next to the kitchen has a washing machine and dryer, this room leads to the garage where you will find a small charcoal BBQ,tennis rackets, balls, fishing rod, golf balls .  There is a formal dining room to the front of the villa for entertaining and a quiet reading/sitting room for relaxing at the end of your busy day.

A deposit of £200/$360 per week is required at time of booking and the final balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.  A security deposit of £200/$360 is payable with final invoice which is refundable subject to checks by our management team.
