With it's own private, screened swimming pool your vacation home offers you easy access to Disney World and all the other major attractions in the Orlando area, including many local golf courses.
The villa is very well equipped with everything you need. It has two large, comfortable living areas with 32" Cable TV, DVD, Video, PS2, Games and Stereo.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, 27" Cable TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with Shower, Bath and Twin Vanity Unit.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, Cable TV and walk in closet. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, Closet and has been themed with Disney in mind. These bedrooms share the second bathroom with shower, bath and vanity unit.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Cooking Utensils, Crockery, Glassware and Cutlery. The Utility room offers a Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer, and the Nook is the perfect place for breakfast.
The 26' x 13' West Facing Pool is fully screened for your comfort and pool furniture is also provided. Under water pool lighting gives you 24 hour use of the pool. (Pool heating is available at an additional £90 per week).
We have recently converted the Garage to a Games room with Slate Bed Pool Table and Air Hockey Table. Fun for all the family ! There is ample room to park your car on the drive.

Guests with young children.
The villa is furnished to a high standard and is tastefully decorated in a typical Floridian style and air conditioned.
The villa has a telephone/answerphone with free Local calls. Long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area.
The Villa price includes all electricity, linens, towels etc. Other items include vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc.
Hampton Lakes is only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and other facilities within the Community include Communal Pool, Sand Volley Ball Courts, Tennis Courts and Children's Play Area.
