Our Home Our home comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the Master bedroom. The house sleeps 6 comfortably with the Master and 2nd bedroom both offering Queen size beds, whilst the third has two singles. The entire house has climate control.   The formal dining area sits 6 easily and is perfect for entertaining at home.       There is a separate sitting room and lounge, with the lounge offering Cable TV, a DVD player, a CD Player and a PS2 for your entertainment. We also have Cable TV in the Master Bedroom. We have a whole-house sound system enabling you to listen to music throughout the house. We offer wireless broadband access to the Internet at no extra cost and also allow free local, long distance and even international phone calls*

The pool is both solar and electric heated. The solar heating is offered at no extra cost, but there is an extra fee for electric heating. The pool has a pool blanket to help retain heat when not in use. The covered lanai area is well suited for both day and night time use.       We offer wireless broadband access to the Internet at no extra cost and also allow free local, long distance and even international phone calls* Our Games Room offers a combined Pool and Air Hockey (Pockey) Table, simply release the latches and spin the table around. We also have a dart board and comfortable seating all cooled with both a ceiling and wall fan.   The kitchen is the heart of the home offering all the modern conveniences such as dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker etc. It also has a lovely breakfast area overlooking the swimming pool. The fridge also has an automatic ice maker.

Location Situated just south of the I4 on Highway 27, we are in a perfect location for Disneyworld, Universal`s Parks in the one direction and the Tampa Bay area`s stunning beaches in the other. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food stores within a short driving distance as well as a Walmart Supercenter and Blockbusters DVD rental store.       Golf Course Ridgewood Lakes Golf & Country Club is a par 72, 7016 yard course. This Ted McAnlis layout is sculptured from lush rolling land and features immaculate playing conditions year round. Water and natural wetlands come into play on 16 of our 18 holes and the resident breeze can significantly change the course from day to day. Yet despite the natural beauty and obvious pedigree of the layout, with four sets of tees the course is still enjoyable for golfers of all levels.
