We've gone to great lengths to make our villa a relaxing home from home for all of our guests. With 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and an oversized pool deck overlooking a lake with its own private heated west facing pool.
Close to every kind of restaurant you could imagine and just 15 Minutes from the gates to all of the Walt Disney World attractions and world class golf. Just 20 minutes from Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and 15 minutes from Sea World. Lake Berkley Resort is a private gated resort surrounded by trees and only two minutes from the 192 in Kissimmee for shops, factory outlets, restaurants & entertainment for all the family.

Open plan lounge with two comfy sofas with a new 42 inch Digital HD Cable TV with Digital Recorder and HD TV package & Telephone.
Two dining areas for up to eight people.
Fully fitted kitchen including Oven and hob, Microwave, Fridge/freezer with ice maker, Dishwasher, Waste disposal. The Kitchen is equipped with all crockery, cutlery, glasses (including plastic pool glasses) Pots, Pans and utensils.
Two master bedrooms (including linen). Both Equipped with fully fitted en-suite bathrooms one with door to pool (towels and hair dryer supplied) Plus a further Two Twin bedded rooms with their own centrally located bathroom.
Not forgetting our games room with full size quality Pool Table, Air Hockey and Table Football.
