The villa is set in ⅔ acre with its own private south facing pool and hot tub. Inside, the property is professionally interior decorated and offers every luxury you could ask for from its king size beds to fully equipped kitchen. Every modern convenience is at your finger tips, including full air conditioning and multi channel satellite TV. If you decide to forego the delights of the many restaurants located in the area you will find everything you need to create your own gourmet meal in our fully equipped kitchen, including full oven and range, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, all cooking utensils and pots and pans of every size. Of course we also provide a dishwasher to help with the clearing away
The first master suite has a super king sized bed, multi channel Cable TV and ample storage for clothes in the two walk-in closets. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, his ‘n’ hers basins a separate toilet and a glorious whirlpool bath. The conservatory style sitting area looks out over the pool through the patio doors, the perfect place for a little peace and quiet while being able to keep a watchful eye on the children.
The second master suite, with its super king sized bed and large TV is on the first floor. The sofa in the sitting area converts to a queen sized bed and the area has a desk and separate phone line with high speed internet connection for those moments when the office calls. The bathroom has large walk-in shower, basin and toilet.
The pool suite has a queen sized bed, TV/Video combo and separate bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet. The pool suite door leads out to the extended pool decking area.
All towels, including pool towels, and linens are provided along with hairdryers in each of the bathrooms
The fourth and fifth bedrooms are themed for the children. They share the fabulous “Mickey” bathroom with its bath, shower and toilet. The “Seaworld” room has twin beds and a TV / DVD combo. A fun fish tank is sure to capture the imagination….
The “Mickey” room has a double bunk bed and other fun “Mickey” accessories including a TV/DVD Combo.
Each door leading out to the pool area is alarmed for safety and we provide board games for when the Florida sun is just a little too hot for young skin
All the living areas centre around the family room with its sumptuous sofas and chairs and large screen TV an DVD. The open plan kitchen looks out over the family room with its breakfast / informal dining area.
The living room looks out through the patio doors onto the pool – A perfect place for a chat while the children watch the TV. For the more formal evenings the dining room has a large table and seating for about 6-8 adults.
Our home is locally managed so you will always have someone to call in the unlikely event of any problems.
