SUNNY PALMS VILLA  is a brand new luxury villa situated on one of the most sought after locations in or around Orlando. This villa is designed and furnished to the highest standards with great detail being given to comfort and relaxation whilst keeping it a practical home for a memorable family holiday. Our relaxing villa is air conditioned and luxuriously furnished for occupancy of up to 8 people, having 2 double bedrooms including a master bedroom that has patio doors & views over the pool + en-suite bathroom & further two twin bedrooms. Multi channel TV, DVD, CD player, playstation 2.  The large secluded screened pool and patio deck backs on to a conservation area is the ideal place to soak up the sun and cool down in the stunning 30ft x 15ft pool. There is a large covered lanai for those who require the shade. The patio deck has loungers, table, chairs and BBQ.  Games room. Tennis and basket ball courts nearby plus children's play park.

Our 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa is situated on the Orange Tree development.  We are close to shops, restaurants and just 15 minutes from all main Disney attractions, 5 minutes from Lake Louisa State Park.  A 'welcome pack' of groceries awaits you on arrival.  With a pool, games room and wireless internet connection it has everything you need. Set in a very quiet area our home in Orange Tree is the ideal vacation villa.  It has everything to meet your holiday needs, including 2 x master en suite with King and Queen beds + 2  x twin bedrooms sharing a third bathroom.  Our master suite has patio doors leading to the covered lania and on to the pool area for that early morning swim and spa and our carefully landscaped gardens will give plenty of privacy. The living area is fully equipped and includes flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and family room WI FI internet access, just bring your lap top.
