Our villa is managed for us in Florida by Contempo Florida Holidays, and their managers are readily available if there is anything our guests need - they are there to help them in case of need.

Weekly prices for 2011 range from £294 to £336 including Tax (pool heating optional extra) - our prices for 2012 range from £301 to £343 and for 2013 the range is £308 to £350 - all dependent upon the Season.
