Situated on the  impressive gated community of Highgate Park at Legacy Park on Hwy 27, the community provides a tennis court and children's play area. Our luxury home is ideally situated for your vacation, just over 10 minutes to Disney! Within 5 minutes drive you will find a Wal-Mart (24 hours), Publix supermarket, Chinese takeaway, Indian takeaway, liquor store, pizza store and local highways/interstates. We are ideally located for numerous golf courses, and within 7 minutes to the famous Champions Gate designed by Greg Norman.

All rooms have TV,s and the Master Bedroom has its only sitting area.

We have owned our beautiful villa in Highgate Park now for 4 years. At first we rented in Highgate Park for our family holidays and enjoyed it so much that we thought if would be great to own one ot the gorgeous villas ourselves.

This fantastic Family Villa was one of the first villas we looked at and fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. With Highgate Park being a Gated Community, its large south facing pool giving you Florida sun all day long and just 10 miles to Disney, it was the perfect place for us.

We look forward now to spending our family holidays in our own 'Florida Villa' as I'm sure you will too.

Welcome to our beautiful holiday home in Highgate Park is , it is located on the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park which is only 10 minutes from Disney Theme Parks, and with several golf courses including the renowned Champions gate Golf Resort nearby, as well as the Atlantic and Gulf Coast with there beautiful sandy beaches are within easy reach. 

With nearly 3,000 sq ft of air-conditioned living space, this vacation home has 5 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms and it is beautifully furnished and offers spacious and comfortable living accommodation, it can sleep up to 10 people.

Highgate Park is ideally situated for your vacation, just over 12 minutes to Disney world and in easy reach of all major Hwy’s leading to other theme parks, shopping malls, restaurants and Golf courses.

  The luxury holiday home is situated in a quiet & secluded gated village with a childrens play area and tennis court 2 mins walk away (both refurbished in2009). A security firm is now patrolling the village and each villa has its own code to enter through the gates. There is no noise from traffic and with an open outlook at the back onto grass and trees, there is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the pool and spa, which has the sunshine all day long. Then in the evening, sit out on the balcony and watch the sun go down. In the garage there is pool table, air hockey, along with TV's/DVD/Music system throughout the house so plenty to keep everyone occupied! Now high speed internet available for your laptop.The whole house has been tastefully furnished to a high standard and due to its spacious and open structure can accomodate 12 people comfortably. Disney World is an honest 15 mins away plus supermarkets, restaurants plus many other entertainments en route. For the golf enthusiast, there is Polo Park public golf course just 5 mins.

This luxury villa is the perfect place to spend your Florida vacation. Its location close to the home of Mickey Mouse means that you could even have time to pop home for a dip in the pool during a hectic day. The layout means that it is ideal for all sorts of groupings, perfect for sharers or why not indulge yourself and have a romantic break for just two.
