"Lakeview" the Jewel in the Crown

Our stunning new villa is situated on the prestigous gated community of Cumbrian Lakes.  Located on Poiciana Boulevard our villa is just five minutes away from Highway 192, with it's vast amount of attractions, restaurants and shops and only fifteen minutes away from the home of Mickey Mouse.

Cumbrian lakes is a beautiful resort built within a conservation area.  Our villa "Lakeview" boasts an enviable location looking out over one of the lakes. The lakeside location often attracts local wildlife including blue heron, crane and osprey, the American bald eagle is often seen along with deer. 

"Lakeview" has five bedrooms, two of which are master suites, four bathrooms, screened private pool and fantastic games room.  The games room has a full size slate bed pool table, a table tennis table, air hockey, darts boards for the young and the not so young, a PS2 with games and a selection of boxed toys.

Children are most welcome in our beautiful holiday home, at not extra cost we provide a pushchair, a highchair, upper floor stair gate, cot, bath seat, baby monitor and a steam sterizer.  We also have a security screen which can be erected around the pool for added peace of mind.

We have recently included a barbecue and a pc with internet access.

Our Villa is situated on the beautiful Cumbrian Lakes private gated community, which is just four miles down Poinciana Boulevard from US 192 and only 10 minutes from Disney attractions,Sea World and Universal Studios is only 15-20 minutes drive away. Cumbrian Lakes has a nature reserve which has a path around a nature lake where you can jog,cycle or just take a lazy stroll.
