A large 6 Bedroom 3 bathroom villa with pool and spa will accommodate up to 12 guests, in a quiet location overlooking a lake where you can relax and enjoy watching the many species of wild life including sand cranes, egrets, eagles and turtles. A children’s play area is a short walk from the villa.
The lounge has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player, a selection of DVDs and reading books for the guests to enjoy. There is comfortable seating, 2 dining tables and chairs and a well equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, toaster and microwave oven. The utility has large top loading washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.. the ground floor has two bedrooms one with a Queen size bed and the other has twin beds. This floor also has a shower room with washbasin and WC. The garage houses a pool table.
The first floor has the Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite including 2 wash basins, large shower, bath tub and WC. There are 3 further bedrooms one of which has twin beds and the other two have full size beds. There is a bathroom with washbasin, WC and bath (with shower). There is also a bonus room on this floor with flat screen TV, DVD, play station and comfortable seating.
We are a 20 minute drive from Disney Theme Parks, Universal Studios/Island of Adventure and Sea World/Aquatica, Wet & Wild and Gator Land. Air Boat Rides, Horse World and The Petting Farm are a short drive from the villa.
Poincianna town is approximately a ten minute drive away here you will find banks, restaurants including Dennys and Burger King, stores including Walmart, Publix. and CVS.
Take away Pizza can be ordered from Dominos which is also close to the villa..
If you feel like a rest from the theme parks, shopping at the Premium Outlets, Prime Outlets, The Loop and The Florida Mall are all well worth a visit.
For any golf enthusiasts there are several golf clubs located nearby.
