The villa is situated on a quiet development which has its own small shopping plaza which consists of a variety of small shops but has the added bonus of a post office, bank, petrol station and an invaluable supermarket. It is only 15 minutes from the Magic of Disney - in fact it is centrally located so that you never have to drive too far to any of the major attractions. Close by is the US 192 which runs through Kissimmee and which is packed with restaurants, shops and entertainment.

The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms a further wc and will comfortably sleep eight. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and large walk in wardrobe; the second bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobe; bedroom three has two sets of twin bunk beds. The family bathroom is situated between bedroom two and three, while the third wc is accessed from either the second bedroom or the pool area. There is a spacious lounge, fully fitted kitchen-diner with formal seating for six; utility room and double garage.

Facilities include: washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave, air-conditioning, cable tv, VCR, hi-fi, second tv,  WIFI, phone (local calls free, other calls by phone card).

A very comfortable, spacious villa, very well looked after by our management company.  Clean, light and airy you will not be disappointed with our quality villa.  Bought as a vacation retreat, for us, and furnished as such.Beds and furnature changed 2010 and new carpets throughout in May2011.

Clear Creek is situated just 3 miles from the Disney junction on highway27, minutes away from Disney Main Gate and close to both Interstate 4 and highway 192.   Established in 2001 Clear Creek is a very quiet sub division, with virtually no though traffic. At the entrance to the sub division is a family restaurant,  a pizza place, post office, hairdressers and a gas station.
