Our large corner lot EXECUTIVE home situated in the PRESTIGIOUS development of CALABAY PARC has 2 en-suites to the master bedrooms, both of which have direct access to our 40' x 25' extended pool deck. The other two bedrooms, one double and a twin share a third bathroom. The pool area is south facing enjoying all day sunshine and contains a large swimming pool and relaxing jaccuzzi. Both are illuminated at night for that romantic touch in the evening. There is also a covered lanai area which allows you to enjoy al fresco dining at any time of the day.

For 2007 a new games room will be installed for all those young at heart and many upgrades will be included. The spacious living area allows for comfortable seating for 8 both in the dining and living areas. The living area is equipped with cable TV. DVD/VCR player and CD player and cable TV's are supplied in all bedrooms.
