Cumbrian lakes is a gated community, conveniently located four miles from Highway 192 in Kissimmee, approximately 10 minutes from Disney.  There is a 24 hour Wal-Mart located on Highway192 within  a five minute drive. In addition, there are several supermarkets, shopping centres and restaurants nearby.

Cumbrian lakes is set in a conservation area with lovely lakes and beautiful views and is a haven for wildlife. The homes are beautifully landscaped and there i a nature trail around one of the three lakes. A childs play area is also provided. The community provides a safe, quite location in which to relax after a busy day at the theme parks

A lovely family home with all the comforts you would expect on your holiday. As we have only recently bought, decorated and furnished this home - the furnishings are clean and new.

Our holiday villa has two Lounges both with large Flatscreen TV's and comfortable sofa's and a DVD Player and X-Box 360 complete with Games and DVD's.

There are three Dining Areas also - a formal area complete with a beuatiful wood and glass-topped table and cream leather chairs, a circular table with a 'Lazy - Susan' centre and two lovely tiled top patio tables each with 6 chairs.  

The Master Suite has a King-sized four poster bed and elegant dark-wood Nightstands and Dresser. It also comes complete with a 22" Flatscreen TV and an En Suite Bathroom with a Bath and seperate Shower.

We have two other elegant bedrooms with Queen-beds and En Suite Bathrooms and two Twin Bedrooms - one ideal for older children or teenagers and the other - a Mickey Mouse haven. The sixth bedroom has Bunk Beds and is complete with a 22" Flatscreen TV and En Suite Bathroom.

As it is our Family Home, we have ensured that it is safe and enjoyable for our children. For entertainment there is the Pool, complete with Pool Guard, a 9 foot Billiard/Pool Table with additional Table Tennis Top, Air Hockey and a Dart Board, along with the X-Box 360 with Games and the DVD Player with DVD's. There are also card games, dominoes and jigsaws.

For babies we have a Play-Yard Crib/Travel Cot, a Highchair, a Pushchair/Stroller and Stairgates. There are also childrens plastic Mickey Mouse plates and bowls!

In addition for Adults - there is the Spa and a Gas BBQ.

The kitchen and utility rooms are well stocked with equipment for a comfortable convenient stay - including - washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mops and brushes.
